Yes, believe it or not, I am a legally ordained minister through the Universal Life Church. I can legally marry people together. The laws very from state-to-state on the procedures, but since I mainly only do this in Dallas/Ft. Worth area, I don't worry too much about other states. I can make exceptions for out of state services, but that will be a case by case deal, as I have a day job and can't just take off.
